The PMMS Process and Capability Review has a best practice model for procurement that can be applied to your organisation. It details:

        • How you compare to the other organisations on our database (currently            over 150)
        • What actions you should take to improve your procurement process and            capability
        • The benefits from, and the business case for, change

The final report and presentation contains a detailed analysis of how the processes and capabilities are found by the PMMS consultants, benchmarked against our database of client organisations. The analysis is converted into findings and recommendations and an action plan focussing on short, medium and long term recommended actions is developed. We can support you in all areas of the action plans.
