One of the key factors in how successful your procurement team can be is the way in which they engage with your internal stakeholders. If they are not on board you will not be able to make the change that is required to improve the procurement process within your organisation.

         Defining their likely impact on our activities
         Identifying who will lead the relationship with these stakeholders
         Identifying who will work with the stakeholders
         Creating and implementing a stakeholder feedback and review process
         Working out how to manage newcomers to the organisation

Much of the success in this process depends on the interpersonal capabilities of the members of the procurement team and we work with and coach the teams in how to be more effective in this area.
