Client in the paper industry in North America


The client was embarking upon a major cultural change and desired to review the effectiveness of its Purchasing operation.

PMMS carried out a "Better Purchasing Practices" review and together with the management team concluded that substantial change was needed and was possible.

Subsequently PMMS developed the change plan and were a driving part of the change process for approx 2.5 years.

The change programme focused on the following key Elements
