This is a ‘by invitation’, limited number, top-decile, talent pool of senior sourcing and category managers. Individuals are selected and profiled through an in-depth, technical pre-assessment and interview methodology.

The Executive Directory
This is our competency based and assessed directory of above average*, high potential procurement, sourcing and SCM executives. Individuals are profiled via technical competencies and sector/category experience.
The Directory has two sections:
        • Permanent placement
        • Interim management
