PMMS talent pool This is a new and unique approach to satisfying market and candidate requirements. The principle behind this is the development and maintenance of a focused pool of procurement and sourcing professionals who are profiled by a technical competency pre-assessment plus sector and category experience. The technical competency assessment utilises the PMMS Technical Competency framework – as adopted by over 130 major organisations – and the SKQ (Sourcing Knowledge Questionnaire) which has currently profiled over 7,000 procurement professionals worldwide. Candidates are only able to join the talent pool on demonstrating an appropriate level of technical competency and experience.
