PMMS provides the client with the tools and capability to effectively manage a change programme in order to achieve and embed sustainable changes in terms of culture, ways of working and levels of performance.
In addition to the tools (e.g. The Parkin Wheel), PMMS is able to provide both expertise and resources to support the client throughout the change programme e.g. project management, training, recruitment, SASP initiatives etc).
Deliverables
This product will provide the client with:
A detailed, comprehensive, integrated change programme to respond to business needs which includes:
- Action plans
- Priorities
- Timescales and milestones
- Targets
- Deliverables
- Resource requirements
The tools and techniques necessary to underpin the change programme. This will include tools with which to measure and track performance improvement.
As appropriate, the necessary PMMS resources and skills to supplement the client’s in-house resources to ensure the successful implementation of the change programme.
